If I were to take a guess, I would imagine that the impossible glitch is still good, but the inf ammo glitch is still in. Or the opposite. Either way, my guess is that one of those things are gone. I got the level 2 suit and when Isaac came out of the shop/suit upgrade chamber thing he still had the level 1 suit. Had go re load a previous save to fix it.
