WebSaint's Talisman has only 5 less spell buff than Yorshka's Chime at 60 Faith and Talismans have a slightly faster casting speed than chimes. It's fine. The real loser (at least in duels) is the Sunlight Talisman. The poise doesn't justify the terrible spell buff when the regular Talisman and Canvas Talisman have enough poise for most situations ...
