Goes on and turns a blue/purple color. After about 5 minutes it turns clear. For the back tires I waited 30 mins and applied a 2nd coat. Works great on carpet, vinyl, cloth, and leather. I dilute it 15:1 vs 10:1 and I still follow up with an interior detailer like Griot's interior Detailer or Mckee's Fast Interior Detailer.

I love OPC as it can be used on anything from the tires and wheel wells to vinyl and leather on the interior of the car. I ordered a gallon based on all the positive reviews I found and am very glad I did; it cuts through dirt and grime like it is nothing and yet seems to be very safe as well.
